We are a personal training studio not a fitness club. All workouts are supervised (by appointment only).
You will complete your workout in a quiet, “non-gym” environment. Since your workout is by appointment only, there is no waiting for equipment. You will train only once a week for 20 minutes.

The slow method technique, when done properly, is a far superior training method. It can and will reduce the total training time per session. It will also reduce the number of days you need to spend at the club. In addition, you will also find that the results come much faster!
